How long will my football shirt take to deliver?
UKSoccershop always try to deliver as quickly as possible. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery or if the order is urgent via Special Delivery. International orders are shipped via Parcelforce Worldwide which is a fast and efficient service. Options are available for your products to be shipped via DHL and FedEX but this has to be arranged separately.
Due to the large number of countries that we deliver to the delivery times do vary depending on where we are shipping the item to. Most of the items on our site are in stock and ready to ship, unless printing is required, so we can deliver as soon as possible.
Although orders are often delivered quicker than the timescales mentioned below these are the timescales that your order can take.
Region 1 (UK/Northern Ireland/Channel Islands) - £5.25
Deliveries to this region can take 7-12 working days but on the vast majority of cases they are delivered sooner than this.
Region 2 (Eire/Europe) - £6
Deliveries to Ireland and Europe can take 10-14 working days but again can often be delivered sooner depending on the availability of the item.
Region 3 (USA / Canada / Hong Kong / Japan / Korea / Australia /New Zealand / Saudi Arabia / Singapore / South Africa / United Arab Emirates / Bermuda / Kuwait) - £8.50
Delivery to the remaining parts of the world can take 14-21 days but as mentioned with the region 1 and 2 deliveries are often made sooner.
If your deliveries have not been made within the timescales listed above and the item has shipped the first port of call is to check with your local post office and sorting office as the majority of our delayed parcels are because of no one being in when the delivery is attempted to be made. The parcels are then taken to the sorting office and post office where if they are not collected will eventually be returned to us.
Printed Shirts
For custom printing on shirts we advise 10-14 days for delivery. If you have chosen a popular name like Ronaldo there is a good chance that we will have it in stock, but if you choose an uncommon player or in fact customise to your own personal name and number we do need to order the printing for you and this will cause a slight delay in delivery. The vast majority of printed shirts are delivered within 10-14 days but we do advise that on rare occasions that it can take upto 30 days for delivery. Printed shirts cannot be exchanged or cancelled unless UKSoccershop are to blame.
Retro Shirts
Retro shirts are made to order which means that they can often take slighty longer for delivery. We advise that retro shirts can take upto 28 days for delivery but they are often delivered well in advance of this, sometimes with a week. Similarly to printed shirts, retro shirts can not be cancelled or exchanged as they are made to order.
