Can I buy shirt printing for a football Kit I already own?
There are two options available for shirt printing if you already own the football shirt.
The first option is just to order the printing that you require and we post it out to you. This option assumes that you are aware of how to put the printing on. We use a heat press to press the letters and number on once they are lined up correctly, but you are also able to use a standard iron to put the printing on. We accept no responsibility for shirt printing that is not carried out by ourselves.

The second option is for you to send your shirt to us and we will do the printing for you. This is a good way to ensure that the printing is done correctly. It is easy to do; all you have to do is send us your shirt, to the address below, via a recorded delivery service with a cheque for £20, your address details and the details of the printing that you require.
It is important that before you send the shirt that it is washed and it is very important that you send the shirt via recorded delivery so that it is trackable.

How long will my football shirt take to deliver?
UKSoccershop always try to deliver as quickly as possible. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery or if the order is urgent via Special Delivery. International orders are shipped via Parcelforce Worldwide which is a fast and efficient service. Options are available for your products to be shipped via DHL and FedEX but this has to be arranged separately.
Due to the large number of countries that we deliver to the delivery times do vary depending on where we are shipping the item to. Most of the items on our site are in stock and ready to ship, unless printing is required, so we can deliver as soon as possible.
Although orders are often delivered quicker than the timescales mentioned below these are the timescales that your order can take.
Region 1 (UK/Northern Ireland/Channel Islands) - £5.25
Deliveries to this region can take 7-12 working days but on the vast majority of cases they are delivered sooner than this.
Region 2 (Eire/Europe) - £6
Deliveries to Ireland and Europe can take 10-14 working days but again can often be delivered sooner depending on the availability of the item.
Region 3 (USA / Canada / Hong Kong / Japan / Korea / Australia /New Zealand / Saudi Arabia / Singapore / South Africa / United Arab Emirates / Bermuda / Kuwait) - £8.50
Delivery to the remaining parts of the world can take 14-21 days but as mentioned with the region 1 and 2 deliveries are often made sooner.
If your deliveries have not been made within the timescales listed above and the item has shipped the first port of call is to check with your local post office and sorting office as the majority of our delayed parcels are because of no one being in when the delivery is attempted to be made. The parcels are then taken to the sorting office and post office where if they are not collected will eventually be returned to us.
Printed Shirts
For custom printing on shirts we advise 10-14 days for delivery. If you have chosen a popular name like Ronaldo there is a good chance that we will have it in stock, but if you choose an uncommon player or in fact customise to your own personal name and number we do need to order the printing for you and this will cause a slight delay in delivery. The vast majority of printed shirts are delivered within 10-14 days but we do advise that on rare occasions that it can take upto 30 days for delivery. Printed shirts cannot be exchanged or cancelled unless UKSoccershop are to blame.
Retro Shirts
Retro shirts are made to order which means that they can often take slighty longer for delivery. We advise that retro shirts can take upto 28 days for delivery but they are often delivered well in advance of this, sometimes with a week. Similarly to printed shirts, retro shirts can not be cancelled or exchanged as they are made to order.

What Payment Methods Can I Use to Buy Football Shirts?
There are a variety of payment methods available to use at UKSoccershop to best suit our customers’ needs. The most popular method is WorldPay (www.worldpay.com) which allows to you to securely pay online via your credit or debit card.
WorldPay is one of the most used payment services on the net and because of this it is one of the safest and most secure ways to transfer money. This method of payment is also very convenient as there is no need to have an account with them. WorldPay is the recommended choice of payment processor for UKSoccershop.
You can also pay via PayPal (www.paypal.com), another very popular payment method that is also very secure. You can either pay from an existing PayPal account or you can just pay through the service again using your credit or debit card.

How To Add Shirt Printing to your Football Shirt
Official shirt printing is available for most of the football shirts that we have on the site including the top teams from the Premiership. La Liga and Serie A. We also have the shirt printing for many of the rarer teams including Boca Juniors and Corinthians. The price of our shirt printing is £12.95.
There are a variety of ways that you can add printing to your football shirt. Many of the top teams have a drop down option which gives you a list of the squad of players as well as their numbers to make sure that you order the correct shirt printing. If the player you are looking for is not there or you would like to have custom shirt printing then there is a box for you to type the name and number that you require. You should enter it in the following format:

A lot of the teams that are in the Champions League have the option for league printing or European printing. This is more common with the Premiership clubs such as Arsenal and Manchester United and you will see a printing style box offering Premiership printing or European Printing.
